Ode to Embryolisse Lait Creme Concentrate

My skin has gradually got dryer and dryer with the odd flare up of psoriasis on the back of my neck and ear. I have tried a number of different moisturisers many of which left my skin feeling greasy, shinny and still manage to leave me flaky and dry at the end of the day.

In the last year however I have found two different moisturisers that really change the way my skin feel through out the day, one which is by the Ordinary is best for summer months. But Embryolisse Laboratories Lait Creme Concentrate has left my skin feeling velvety refreshed and plumped throughout harsh frosty winter months as well as the summer.

Hailed by the company (and pretty much every make up artist who is interviewed) as a three in one wonder product. It's usages are described as a moisturiser, primer and make up remover, hydrating mask, aftershave balm and care product. I personally think that it would a rather expensive make up remover when their are other cheaper products that work equally as well, but as a combined moisturiser and primer it is exquisite.

Creamy and light it soaks into the skin leaving a glowing dewy finish that looks like you have slept for 12 hours. There is none of the greasy tackiness which makes applying blusher a nightmare or makes you avoid standing too close to light sources for fear of looking like you are wearing a layer of Vaseline.

Often referred to as a cult product and a french pharmacy essential, this is a product that in my opinion deserves its reputation as a must have.

Priced at £20 for 75ml or £13 for 30ml
